I know I was just saying… I’m still a big fan of leatherman. I own 4 different multi-tools by them. I bought surge recently, its in the mail 😛 I got it for 70$.

The leatherman wave (77$ wallmart) and leatherman chage tti (130$ online) are comparable! The TTI comes boasting 19 tools whereas wave boasts only 17 tools. The TTI gets lists bottle opener and can opener as 2 seprate tools whereas wave lists them as 1 tool. The only difference btw the two tools is a wire crimper (which doesn’t even work well). The wave is a more compact version of the leatherman Surge, FYI. Ripping pplz off…. the leatherman…

Carefull with the CS4. I got one and was dissapointed!!! You can’t open the corkscrew without opening/lifting the can opener first. Can’t open the saw blade without opening the awl blade. Be careful when replacing the saw as it tends not to sit straight in the knife and the awl wont close unless you pull the saw blade back into the correct path. Sides dont hold together with tension you have to push them together. Good other than those flaws. Definately doesn’t hold a candle to my victorinox

I wish the full-size Leatherman tools, i.e. the Charge and Wave, had larger scissors! The pocket-tools include ‘proper’ scissors but they don’t have locking blades…
